Secondary Contributions

These are projects where I played a supporting role alongside experienced researchers, academics, and practitioners, contributing primarily through data visualisation and desktop research.

2024
MAJU

A policy article on the mechanisms behind Singapore's successful anti-smoking public health strategy. I contributed the interactive ArcGIS dashboard of the physical locations across Singapore where smokers could seek counselling help to quit smoking. The dashboard would be migrated away from ArcGIS database and into my GitHub database in the near future (pending development of Dissertation Diary!)

An article examining road safety outcomes and policy frameworks in Singapore. I contributed the interactive ArcGIS dashboard of the locations across Singapore of traffic police's enforcement cameras. Research Article

A peer-reviewed journal article analysing food delivery platform regulation and policy responses across Canadian municipalities. I contributed the global scan of food delivery companies in the earlier stages of this research back in 2022.

UofT School of Cities

A short data story examining the spatial distribution and accessibility of dog parks across Toronto neighbourhoods. I prepared the walking isochrones data to show dog parks' accessibility.

UofT School of Cities

A summary article of a programme run by School of Cities to train interested parties across USA and Canada on leveraging urban data to achieve equitable development outcomes. I prepared the raw data on transit access in Eau Claire, WI, and tree cover in Bridgeport, CT.
